SAL Heat sealable sterilization reels are constructed with green transparent PET/PP Multi-Layer Co-Polymer Film and superior bacterial barrier paper, a medical grade 60gsm paper confirming EN868-3.
The process indicator for steam and Ethelyn oxide sterilisation process are applied on the paper surface of the reel. All process indicators are water based and non-toxic and meet the requirements of ISO 11140-1 Standard.
Due to the high tensile strength and porous properties of SAL sterilization reels, it passes the povidine-iodine tests.
